I've been in town for a week and this is the best meal I've had. The Black Garlic Ramen is excellent. I recommend ordering online. The line was out the door.

I came here for dinner based on a recommendation from a coworker and I am so glad I stopped in for dinner with a couple other people! Even though this place is a first come first serve basis, we waited only about 20 minutes for a table for 3. The service was fast, because within seconds of sitting down, our waitress approached us and took our orders. Only mere minutes later, did our waitress return back with our ramen! I am SO happy with my choice, the black garlic ramen. I got it mildly spicy and that still had a kick. No complaints here though! The broth was so creamy and the poached egg was PERFECT! I'm from NJ, but this is a new favorite spot for the next time, I'm in town!

Noodle Boulevard is a prime example of Cary's surprisingly great food scene. It offers delicious and authentic noodle dishes, as well as great appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed the pork belly bun at this visit, though it was smaller than you might expect. The white thai beer was a fantastic addition to my meal. The best part, of course, was the noodles: my black garlic ramen was the perfect warm, flavorful hug I needed this winter. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Edit: the only feedback I have for this restaurant: 1. Most of the chairs are not very comfortable 2. It's so busy, we need reservations!

Holy cow! The ramen here is AMAZING! We drove by around 5:30 and the lot/ inside was packed. Ended up going back around 8:30 which was perfect timing. The quality of food was great. Very intimate, multiple groups sat at the same table. Definitely a fun and delicious experience. They offer rice noodles so you can get it gluten free!

Yummmm-- Noodle Boulevard was a nice find when I needed a quick ramen fix! The tonkotsu ramen is fire, and the fried oysters and gyoza get an honorable mention. Delish! Service was fast and excellent. We appreciated the overflow parking as their lot was full. All in all, Noodle Boulevard is fantastic!

LOVE the ramen here! Restaurant is small so be prepared to sit close to strangers, but the food is always worth it! Service is super fast too! I always get the chicken curry ramen - I crave it constantly, you won't regret it!

We came here for lunch and proceeded right away on the patio. Service was very attentive and friendly. The green tea was authentic and full of flavor. Lots of veggies in the noodle soup but could've been warmer. They have spice levels from one to six.

This place is a go-to for me when I am in the area, and is well known amongst my friends for being one of the best ramen places in the triangle! It had been awhile (almost 2 years?) Since I visited, and the popularity has nto died down, but rather it increased significantly from what I saw! What made me want to write this review specifically is how well they handled the waiting time. As my husband and I were driving into the parking lot at 7pm on a Saturday evrning, I was already secretly dreading the wait as I saw how packed the parking lot was and people were having to park in the nearby lots and walk over. We managed to find a spot and I waited in what seemed to be a long line, but was actually a super short wait! They have perfected their efficiency! I was super impressed. I went from having to wait outside the door due to multiple parties in front of me to being seated super quickly, less than 10 minutes it feels like! The waitresses were super nice and all took turns to ask us what we needed do ensure we did not have to wait too long to put in our order. With the fact that the restaurant was fully packed inside and out, I am amazed at the quality of service and food. Speaking of food, I loved my chicken curry ramen! Super flavorful with a lovely creamy broth. It was my husband's first time here and he got the duck ramen. He is much pickier than me when it comes to judging food quality and he liked it as well! Needless to say we will be having more date nights here in the near future!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The place is nice and has a nice ambiance. It was a Friday and the crowd was in a good mood. I sat inside at the "bar". They have a nice outdoor seating area. They have an interesting selection of drinks from soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. I had a traditional ginger beer. The food was great. I had a Teriyaki chicken ramen. It was very tasty. Next time, I will try a higher grade of spiciness. I recommend the place.

First time at Noodle Boulevard, was craving noodles and heard so many great things about this place, so we decided to give this place a try and I was thoroughly impressed! You can choose a spice level of 0-6 with each dish, which I thought was such a neat concept. I ordered the Chicken Curry Ramen Bowl with a spice level of 5, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The spice level added a perfect, silent kick without overpowering the rich flavors of the curry. The chicken was tender and flavorful, all the flavors of the soup just soaked into each piece. The ramen bowl included: fresh greens, a soft boiled egg, crispy wonton strips, crisp bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens and a lime wedge. All the flavors went harmoniously together for the best umami experience. The noodles were also cooked al dente which is exactly how they should be! The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and friendly, and the staff were so kind and very attentive. I highly recommend Noodle Boulevard for anyone looking to enjoy a deliciously satisfying bowl of ramen. Loved this place, will definitely be back!
